I. General Program Participation

As a participant in the SkillUp AmericaTM Program, I, the undersigned, attest that I am either unemployed or underemployed.

II. Certification and Training

I acknowledge that depending upon my certification exam of choice, I may need to meet certain requirements including education and work experience, in order to be eligible to test. I understand that while Metrix Learning will help me prepare for my choice exam, that depending upon the certification provider, the training taken through this program alone may not qualify me to sit for the exam. Also, I acknowledge that any additional fees associated with taking the exam, including application fees, are not included in the purchase of the certification voucher.

III. No Guarantee

I understand that while this program is designed to assist me in the preparation for my certification exam, there is no guarantee from New York Wired for Education that I will pass the test based upon Metrix Learning training.

IV. Signature

I acknowledge that by participating in this program, I am accepting these Terms and Conditions. By registering for this program, I am signing my agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
